Because of its distinction as Frank Lloyd Wright’s home town and due to the close proximity of his famous estate, Taliesin, and its associate buildings, Madison is a customary destination for Wright-interested visitors.

The First Jacobs House is one of several Wright designed buildings within the city, including the Unitarian Meeting House, and in order to visit as a larger group, an appropriate process of scheduling a tour must be completed beforehand.

We are unable to offer personal tours inside since the Jacobs House is a private residence. The house is easy to view from the outside, and people are always welcome to come by.

We permit no interior photography or filming.
